Steven is married and enjoys jogging and biking on the roads and trails in North Dallas—accompanied by his two dogs whenever possible. Any vacation location that includes the outdoors and hiking with beautiful scenery is God’s gift this side of heaven. He also enjoys golf as long as no one is watching.

 

For more than the past two decades, Steven has led a home-based Bible church and teaching ministry, The Church of the Servant King, while completing a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies at DTS in 2001. Steven’s forty-year professional career included military service in the United States Marine Corps as an artillery officer, aerial observer, and parachutist followed by staff to leadership roles in financial, accounting (CPA), and information systems’ services. Steven retired in 2019 in order to pursue a doctorate of educational ministries degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
